INTRODUCTION

He has been involved in Chinese Martial Arts (Wushu) since the age of 13 in 1985.
He has continually been ways to improve his knowledge and his experience in order to share it with others around him.

ARGENTINA LONGHUQUAN WUSHU ASSOCIATION

2001- Present

Founder, director and principal instructor of the  “LongHuQuan Wushu & TaiChi Association- Argentina”. Responsible for setting up Wushu programmes including both TaiChi and Sanshou (Full contact), and conducting assessments, examinations and seminars in Argentina and overseas. Responsible for setting up programmes “TaiChi in Company” and “TaiChi for Kids” in Argentina. General director of the websites www.WUSHULONGHUQUAN.com.ar and www.CHENTAICHI.com.ar.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

1999 – Present

  • Started giving classes ininterruptedely in gyms and clubs of Buenos Aires (Argentina).
  • He has been teaching at “Unicenter Shopping, in the Mega Sport Club Chain Gyms”,Buenos Aires- (Argentina)
  • 2006 Trainer of the “1st Wushu Workshop intermediate official routines of International Wushu Federation” – Buenos Aires Argentina
  • Instructor for TaiJiQuan, Wushu and SanShou in Argentina and overseas.

  • Head Coach of the Argentina LongHuQuan Wushu & TaiJiQuan Association.

  • On February  2007, he attended courses about “Power and training applied to Wushu”  at CeNARD (Sport High Performance National Center) ran by (Mg. Luis Alberto Erdociaín, Master in Sport High Performance).
  • He has give interviews for the brazilian´s TV Band Sports, NSC National Sports Channel, TV Cultura y TV Rede Record.
  • 2007 Annual course in “High Performance Sports”, Professional School of Mg`s Luis Erdociaín and Horacio Anselmi  
  • On February  2007, he atended  courses about  “Artistic Gym, Technical and Methodology, on teaching applied to Wushu difficulties”, at CeNARD ran by (Lic. Roxana Ollier, Lic. In Sport High Performance)
  • In 2006 improved his skills by attending intensive seminars with shifu  Chen De Qing.

  • Since 2004, he began to train with Master Liu Ming who is the world Champion of Chen Tai Chi Chuan.
  • In 2001 Jose Luis Arnedo kept on training Tai Chi Chuan improving his skills in the practice of Chan Xi Gong, Tuei Zhou (Push Hands), Chin Na (Capture Skills), Faijing (Energy Expulsion) with the Teacher Chen Xiao Wang the greatest exponent of the International Chen Tai Chi Chuan style, known by the Chinese government as 8th duan of Wushu.
  • Towards the end of 2000, Independiente Athletic Club awarded him best sportsman of northern in Buenos Aires.
  • At the begining of 2000 Jose Luis began to train under the supervision of Master Zhang Zhi Guo, former champion and trainer of the Wushu Professional Team of Jiang Su-China.
  • In 2000 he travelled to Hong Kong and China to learn and train hard in the teams of those countries with International Champions. During his trip he visited Hong Kong, Futsan, Jinan, Beijing, the Shaolin Temple and Chenjiagou, the place where Tai Chi Chuan was originated. There, he trained an average of 8 hours per day in the most important Professional Institutes
  • He has also been interviewed by the most important national magazines such as yudo & karate martial arts magazine, and did television exhibitions as well.
  • He has appeared in martial arts magazines from Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico and Spain.
  • Between 1995 and 1998 he has been trained under the supervision of Teacher Orlando Garcia who is the second westerner graduated as a Professional Wushu Coach from the University of Beijing, China. Many times, this Coach and Master became the Panamerican & International Champion and has trained the Colombian Team. He is currently living in New Zealand and he’s training their National Team.
